Billets
Our Foundry consists of 5 melting furnaces, 2 casting lines (Wagstaff and Hottop), 4 batch-type homogenization furnaces, and 1 continuous homogenization furnace. With the continuous homogenization furnace, we achieve both a high homogenization conversion rate and eliminate the risk of warping/bending in aluminum billets. Through pre- and post-production quality control tests, we ensure flawless production.
AirSlip Billet Casting
Using Wagstaff® AirSlip® Casting Technology, we produce the highest-quality billets with a smooth casting surface, thin shell zone, and homogeneous grain structure—setting a global standard for billet quality.
