Foundry

Our foundry boasts an impressive annual billet production capacity of 9,000 tons, which includes state-of-the-art melting and homogenization furnaces, as well as cooling cabinets. The manufacturing process in our foundry follows a systematic sequence: smelting, alloying, degassing, filtration, casting, cutting to length, homogenization, cooling, and packaging. Each of these stages is efficiently managed by our advanced melting furnace, homogenization furnace, and automated charging trolley for both feed and discharge. The billets produced in our foundry have a diameter of 5 inches and a maximum length of 7,000 mm. We offer standard alloys such as 6005, 6005A, 6060, 6061, 6063, 6082, and 6463, with the capability to produce custom alloys as per client specifications. To ensure the highest quality in our billets, we conduct spectral analyses using a spectrometer. This involves sampling the molten metal during the alloying process prior to casting, as well as testing the billets after casting to maintain our stringent quality standards.
